Apparently the all-night shopping caught up with Scott ... he slept through the second half of the Iron Bowl. :)

We decorated “The Cottage” (which is my new name for the little house in Muscle Shoals). And by “we,” I should be very honest and say Scott did most of the decorating. I merely placed ornaments and ribbons on the tree.

This year we did our first Nativity tree ... the ornaments are all nativities, angels, stars, and crosses. It turned out beautiful. And in the den the only decorations are Nativities and Crosses.

We saw some of the most beautiful fall colors on the trees during our four-day trip. I failed to take pictures until we got almost home. Here are a few I snapped during our last two hours in the car.

We all enjoyed some deliciousness from Causbie’s Bakery in Kennett before we went to the funeral. But I think Anderson enjoyed his the most.

In Kennett, MO, for Nana Jo’s funeral. Went out to eat with Granny Sue, Papa Terry, Heath, Beth, Gwynn, Malcolm, Jeffie, Daniel, Heath, Terry, Paulee, Anderson, and Georgia Beth.

Mommy and Daddy spent the night in Alabama on the way to Missouri for Nana Jo’s funeral. We enjoyed a little time with Bauer!

November 7
{Today was a difficult day. We received word while in Orlando that Nana Jo had passed away.}
Casiday took three more classes today at DR … Theatrical Jazz, Modern, and Tribal Funk.
And a little Mommy-Daughter lovin’ …
