Apparently the all-night shopping caught up with Scott ... he slept through the second half of the Iron Bowl. :)

We decorated “The Cottage” (which is my new name for the little house in Muscle Shoals). And by “we,” I should be very honest and say Scott did most of the decorating. I merely placed ornaments and ribbons on the tree.

This year we did our first Nativity tree ... the ornaments are all nativities, angels, stars, and crosses. It turned out beautiful. And in the den the only decorations are Nativities and Crosses.

Isn’t she beautiful?? She made the cornbread and did the biscuits for the dressing. Such a sweet homemaker-to-be.

And, because this is too sweet a picture not to add, here is Casiday holding Preslee Joy at church this morning. Remember when we kept Landyn while her momma had a baby? Well, this is the sweet baby!!
